Lars got his start in radio at age 16 spinning records and reading news, sports and weather on "the Voice of Tillamook County" 1590 KTIL from a little cinderblock building on the edge of a cow pasture on the Oregon coast. 33 years later he's only moved 75 miles to the East (Portland) . . . and light years to the "Right." Along the way, Lars has worked for radio stations in Eugene, Spokane and currently NewsRadio 750 KXL in Portland, where he double dares station management to pry him loose.
